When you book a call through our scheduling tool (powered by Cal.com), we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Any additional information you choose to provide in the booking form

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. This website does not use analytics tools.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Schedule and conduct the call you have requested
• Follow up on our conversation if you ask us to
• Respond to enquiries you send via phone or email

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

Our booking system is provided by Cal.com. When you book a call, your information is processed by Cal.com in accordance with their privacy policy. Calendar events are synced to Google Calendar (Google Workspace).

This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google Cloud). No personal data is stored on our hosting infrastructure.

Data retention

We retain your booking information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of our conversation and any follow-up. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe your privacy has been breached
